(May 30, 2019, 2:28 am)Great to deal with. The sales team was friendly and informative. They took care of all the rebates and permits without hastle. Finished product doesn't look quite as nice as my neighbours. Looks like they finished up theirs with some trim to make it look a bit cleaner instead of just throwing the pannels up. Installers didnt really clean up after themselves well. But overall the process was easy and I'm happy with the product itself.
Edit: was contacted almost immediately after posting this. They apologized and were at the house the next morning, cleaned everything and explained why they no longer do the trim, which makes sense due to ventilation and snow. Very happy with them.
