Bought a 12x8 roll up door with insulation kit for my new garage. It was very easy to install with Daves instructions and video. Door maybe weighed 200lbs, so took a few buddies to make the lift easy. All told it may have been a 30min install. I put a four post lift in my garage, so this door was essential to maximize space. In my opinion this is the only option you should choose if you put a lift in your garage.
Dave has the best doors at the best value - thats why i had it shipped across the country. Was worth the effort!

Purchased a 4x7 and 7x7 door. Very easy to install, using video instructions.Instructions included may need correction or clarification for outside rail mounting stated at 3.5 inches.

Adjusted as required for proper roll up and down.

They look and function great.
