Luced Services Ltd.

We have used Luced Services a couple of times now over the past few years. They are always very professional and good at what they do. We will continue to use them for our furnace and air conditioning needs and highly recommend them.

Mitch and his team were very responsive. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Excited to try out my new central AC when the weather gets really hot!

Jeff (working with Luced) did a wonderful job fixing the system malfunction of our high efficiency Carrier furnace. He works very fast and is very thorough, which led us to asking him to check both of our furnaces. He is keen to keep things running well - for example, he checked the hoses and cleaned out the condensers where debris accumulates over time. Such a service was not strictly necessary to fix the issue we had but it gives us some additional time and improves how well the furnace functions. He also provided some advice on Carrier furnaces in general along with tips to extend the service life and control heating costs. Thank-you Jeff!
