Clerk was very polite and helpful. The Touchless Carwash was fairly decent, it did a better job than I was expecting.

Today's experience at the Winterburn Road/215 Street Shell Car Wash was better than most but definitely not the best!

My vehicle was not overly dirty, some road dust, few bugs on the windshield and a few on the front bumper, nothing to excessive.

Entering the wash, I received a wheel/tire spray down, pre soak with soap, tri foam, more soap, high pressure rinse, wax, spot free rinse and an air dry. This wash is touchless and with that being said, is part of the reason why none of the bugs came off my vehicle. The other reason I believe is, it would be more beneficial if the second soap setting that follows the pre soak, was a high pressure and soap mix, not just a light coating. This would increase the overall cleanliness of the vehicle.

Although it did not remove my bugs, I was impressed with the pressure of the rinse cycle and complete coverage of the vehicle. The dryer was great but I think 70 - 80 seconds is more realistic.

I would return to this wash if all other favorites of mine were closed.

I almost always fill up with shell fuel as I find it far superior, this is a brand new station which is nice and clean with a BMO bank machine, lottery and covid19 barriers in place , the lady behind the counter was very polite only issue is this is location has one of those modern parking lots which is not user friendly at all especially coming in from the north
