Paid parking - I would guess cause of the proximity to Grey Nuns Hospital.. $3 an hour and it goes up more if you need more time..
We used "save my spot" feature on the dynalife website and got attended within few minutes of getting there.. Staff can be a little gentle with the needles but overall a positive experience..

Line ups are normal depending on what time you are here. Mornings are busy. You might have to wait in line and that would be outside so dress appropriately. They have around 8-10 seats, if you are number 11 and beyond, you can be asked to wait in car. They send you a text once it's your turn. Parking under 30 min is free and above that is 3 dollars per day which is usually the case if you are here for Dynalife. Access v y bus and Staff is professional and courteous.

Welcoming & professional staff. They are very accommodating especially with children with needs .
I don’t understand why this location doesn’t have 5* reviews! We’ve been going there for years and always had great experience !
