Amazing guy. He helped me diagnose a computer issue I was having over the phone. I'm a decently techy person, but having the reassurance and expertise to help me run through it was amazing. Oh, and if you read this, the ram dimm was dead, and the system posted once it was swapped out. Turns out the graphics cars WAS dead too, but the system not posting was the ram like we theorized. Thanks for the help, it's all.up and running now.
