Dr Greeff is absolutely amazing, she is caring and attentive to my concerns. I hope to have her again in the future!

I love the office and everyone that works there. But it is so hard to get ahold of them. Their phone lines never line up with the “phone line” hours. I tried calling today (Monday) at 2:15 pm and apparently they are closed. It says they’re open till 4 pm! Not happy with this.

Dr. Karis-Allen is great. I have seen her a few times now and she is always willing to listen and navigate my health with me.
Getting an appointment to see her though can take forever. Not because she is always booked but because the phones are never on when i call to make an appointment. I regularly will call during reception hours (between 9:30-11:30, closed for lunch, then after 1:30) sometimes their automated answering service has not been turned off. Today I called at 10:30 and nothing. It's a Monday, the office is supposed to be open. It's going to take me a week to get through to book an appointment. With my current health situation, it's very important that I get appointments as soon as possible. Heck, I just need to schedule a phone appointment with the doctor. Wish there was a way to leave a message for her.
