Fancy Windows

John is a really great technician. I have an issue with my front door right after the possession. Today he came, explained me very well and tried to fix it. He asked me not to use for 5 days. So far he did a fabulous job and I will check my door in next 5 days.

I am having some issues with my windows in my brand new home. My builder/warranty provider contacted Fancy Windows and they have come and checked my windows. They are working on fixing the problem. I have contacted them a few times so far and have asked them questions. Every time I have contacted them, they have returned my calls and answered my questions. I have asked for a quote on some upgrades on the windows that need repairs/glass replacements and they gave me a quote on the same day they promised to do so. So far it has not been a bad experience. I gave them 4 stars because it would have been nicer if the windows did not have any problems. But, it is normal to have some issues here and there when you build a new home. What is important is whether or not the builder and the sub-contractors/vendors stand behind their products and fix what needs to be fixed. I will write honest updates here as they complete this job.
