I ordered their polishing kit and WOW! anything short of a motorized tool itself, their kit had everything I needed to get started polishing.

I weld my own decoration and furniture, and I've been avoiding learning to polish anything for a long time just due to the dizzying world of products and different styles of wheels like sisals, airway buffing wheels, polishing compounts, etc. The list goes on.

They take that daunting task away and say, "Here's everything to get started. Everything is compatible, and here's even a set of instructions of what compound goes on what wheel" all you need to provide is your grinder/polisher and elbow grease. After finishing my first project, I couldn't help but to wonder why I was putting this off for so long.

More importantly, Chris was able to answer every question I had regarding the kit prior to purchasing and assisted in walking through my specific needs. I have complete confidence in Spectrum's customer service should I ever run into any sort of difficulty, and therefore have every confidence that I have what I need supporting me in my projects.

I buy all my polishing products from Spectrum they sell the best stuff on the market. I have used a few different brands and since I have switched to there products I am saving time and getting much better shine.
