(August 16, 2021, 4:14 am)The staff was great, they accommodated our family of 5, even though we messed up the reservation. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
He went the extra mile. My wife had hurt her knee the previous day, and the guide noticed and offered her the use of the elevator for the balance of the tour. Overall 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for making it enjoyable and stress free.
