After discovering that Sony doesn't have authorized repair agents in Edmonton, I was forced to look for possible reputable repair services and came across Danny Electronics TV service. The shop is unassuming as it is located in what appears to be his residence. Danny helped me unload the broken TV from my car to take it inside the shop for a quick diagnosis. After explaining to him the concern, he informed me of the diagnosis charge and the time frame in which I would hear back from him on the status. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time, and I was happy to hear the TV could be fixed at a reasonable price, considering it's a TV about to get dumped by my neighbour. Danny ordered the part (backlight) and repaired it within 5days of handing him the TV. The diagnosis fee was deducted from the final bill, which shows that he is not out to rip people off.
Danny is extremely knowledgeable about his trade, and he genuinely cares about providing a professional service. Highly recommend Danny Electronics to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.

Many, if not most, consumers these days are inclined to buy new rather than even think about repairing their electronic devices. So, it’s not surprising that we’re filling up our landfill sites at an alarming rate and needlessly polluting the planet. Also, due to reduced demand, good electronic repair shops are harder and harder to come by.

So, it’s a wonderful thing to have a shop like Danny’s Electronics TV Service.

Danny is a no nonsense guy who’ll let you know whether it’s worth it to fix your electronic device. He explained exactly what was involved and provided an upfront quote for the repair. He knows his trade, is a man of his word, and his prices are very reasonable.

In my case, the LED backlights on my Sony Bravia TV started to fail after about 6 years of use. I was ready to buy a new TV and get the latest and greatest. Well, fortunately, I went to see Danny and he replaced the LED backlights. The TV is now as ‘good as new’ and looks great. While it cost a few dollars, it saved me from throwing out a perfectly good and serviceable TV. In fact, the picture quality between my repaired TV and a new TV is not really that significant, and I’ll happily save my money for a later day.

I have never used their service or even talked to anyone from Danny Electronics. I just think a helpful and kind person deserves to be known by more people.
He has helped to remove snow from the sidewalk in front of one of his neighbors (a senior) constantly. Another neighbor (two houses down) also volunteered to remove snow for neighbors. The difference I see here is Danny has voluntarily committed to remove the snow for the senior neighbor. I saw he removed snow for the senior neighbor at least 4 times this month. That's very nice of him to do that. As I said, I don't know the senior neighbor or the owner of Danny Electronics, I don't know if two parties talked about the help of snow removal. I see what I see.
On the evening of Dec 22, 2021, I heard the noise of a vehicle was making, I looked through the window and saw an Amazon delivery van got stuck in the snow. And Danny helped the van to get out by using his traction plates.
After seeing all above, I decided to write this review.

Awesome service… we have been to his business twice with 100 % satisfaction.. quick service…. Friendly.. knowledgeable… would definitely recommend.
