Hannah is awesome,
I work with her at the facility she contracts out of and I had the opportunity to have her support in learning olympic lifting with her oly classes. I was able to learn the fundamentals and take with me additional knowledge about training.
She is exceptional. Her knowledge and quirkiness reach far beyond any standard trainer.

I started my training program with Hannah with some trepidation as I had a couple of injuries and was not sure how I would progress and fit into a program. Hannah was so intuitive, patient, professional and knew exactly when to push, and when to back off. I can say this was the best experience and exactly what I needed to recover and move forward with more mobility and function. Training with Hannah will take you to the next level of your fitness journey!
So happy I finally took the leap to start my fitness journey a couple years ago. I was very daunted by the gym and with where to start but meeting Hannah changed all of that. Professional, attentive and very well informed, each of her workouts (no two are ever the same) leaves me stronger, smarter, more motivated and confident.
Hannah is one of the best trainers and coaches I've ever had. She is experienced in dealing with overcoming injuries, working on mobility, stability and strength. Once I was able to, Hannah introduced me to Olympic weightlifting and it has been wonderful to learn. Olympic lifting under Hannah has empowered both my teen daughter and I. Hannah is also knowledgeable about nutrition, women's issues in all stages of life and health. She has the best sense of humour and has the ability to push and encourage you when you're training even when you think you can't do it. I highly recommend Hannah!
I’ve had the BEST experience training with Hannah. She’s a great teacher, works with all levels, and has such an amazing attitude! She always has an answer to my questions about fitness and diet. She’s helped me with past injuries, current ones (I play softball), and introduced me to Olympic lifting.
