Since you don't have many reviews , I thought I'd write you one.
You're my neighbor so that makes it easy for me to see you everyday.
You're knowledge of alcohol is far superior to anybody I know - I always like anything you recommend me . Prices are great ! Will be coming back for more!
Yeah it was good. Clean. Good selection. Helpful staff. Fair prices.
This store has a great selection of wines and very decent prices.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. It may not look it from the outside but once inside you will see a whole section for wine in the back. You won't be disappointed.
Best liquor store in Edmonton. Friendly and always have what I want! Highly recommend
Full shelves, mountains of beer, I mean mountains. I can’t use the side door to deliver ice because they got a big beer order which is exciting to see. Full shelves is how you build trust in your clients. We like what we like, we want to know the places we shop at will have it in stock. Cold Ones on Fort Road, the times I have been there, they do a good job keeping their shelves full.
My favourite part is they help keep me employed by selling local. I bring them the ice from Columbia Ice, the last of the Alberta owned ice companies. With a choice the Cold Ones is helping create manufacturing jobs around where they do business and reducing the carbon footprint on the delivery of ice to their store based on the fact Acheson is closure than Calgary in terms of where ice is manufactured. In a very small way the Cold Ones are helping save the planet one bag of ice at a time.
If that don’t convince you, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They seem like nice folk, could be Jason Bourne for all we know working in a liquor store :) or just a few friends and family who decided to give it a go in liquor, creating jobs, feeding families. The independent liquor store adds personality to the industry. I am super excited to have the Cold Ones selling our ice!
