I've learned a lot of great management skills while working as a young Forman at various construction projects. Their Scaffolding division manager is a very intelligent, kind and professional gentlemen who always strives to have work sites as safe and efficient as possible. One thing I've admired most about Park Derochie is they seem to aim to retain and reward hard working individuals by transferring them from job to job to ensure great saftey standards and production on all work sites.
