(January 12, 2021, 11:05 pm)I am a longtime tenant of Sherri manor. Cody Kelland goes above what is expected of a manager and he resolves tenant issues as they arise. In all the years I've lived here, I have NEVER had a resident manager respond or complete maintenance requests so quickly. I called Cody on 2 occasions to place maintenance requests. Both repairs were completed less than 48hrs after I called him. Thank you for the fast repair completions. Excellent customer/tenant services.
