I can proudly say Western Midstream is probably one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. Two weeks on one week off steady work at your own pace they’ve never asked me to work extra. And they are family orientated and I can testify to this as they have sponsored my grandson in his karate tournament. The management is very professional and easy to talk to.

Fantastic place to work. A lot of places say they will work with the driver but this place means it. Been here 3 months and have no plans to look any further.

Been at Western 3.5 years and have always been treated more than fair. Work has always been consistent and reliable. I enjoy driving new equipment that is properly maintained, and Dispatch has never asked me to go beyond my legal capabilities. I have no plans to look for work elsewhere.

I have been trucking nearly thirty years, I have never worked with a better management team. It's become cliche that companies support their drivers, but these guys go above and beyond. They have helped me personally through some very tough circumstances. At all times their first concern was with me and how to best support me through a difficult period.
Great equipment, great lanes dispatched professionally and they are right there if you need assistance on the road as they have a well established set of service supports on their runs.
The initial orientation process is quite comprehensive.
Overall an excellent company, that I am proud to work for and would recommend to everyone.
