Generally, u shouldn't expect to note negative reviews...However, they always tend to prevail pertaining to some unsatisfactory issue...overall, a pleasant experience, and hopefully donated items may now benefit someone has well!

Great location! The employees met me at the door before I even got anything out of the car. They had a bin ready and unloaded everything I needed to donate. It was super fast, friendly and I would definitely recommend. It is in the Castle Downs area so much easier than driving to the closest Value Village in St. Albert.
