We had a bin delivered last week. The customer service in getting the correct bin and the correct placement was amazing. This company really went the extra mile. I was incredibly impressed and would highly recommend them. Great service. Thank you so much!!

What a great experience! Mel was awesome through the entire process! I had delivery of the pod to my apartment building scheduled for December 17th, then realized that I had a Christmas lunch at work on the 17th and didn't want to miss it. I called Mel and explained the situation, thinking that I would just push it to the following Monday. But he offered to drop it off a day early instead, which worked out perfectly! Shawn the delivery driver was great at communicating with me both at drop off to my apartment building and again at drop off to my new home. When it came time to pick up the pod my 1 month rental only had a couple of days remaining, and I was a bit worried because it was on a weekend. But since I called prior to the 1 month being up, Mel made sure to end the rental prior to pick up so that I wouldn't be charged for another month, which to me was fantastic customer service! When it came time to pick the pod up (on a Monday) the weather was definitely less than desirable and it set them back a day or 2. The customer service was so good though, that I had no issue with the pod sitting on my driveway for a couple of extra days! Les, the driver (and, I just learned, the owner of the company!) who came to pick up the empty pod was great about calling and communicating the timeline for pick up as well. An all-over great experience with Go Mini's and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service in a heartbeat! Thanks for taking a lot of the stress of moving away guys; it really is appreciated!!

I was very pleased with Go Mini's Canada - Edmonton location. The storage unit was delivered as promised and was in great condition. It was spotless inside and worked perfectly for storing my furniture during renovations.

Great service, my pod arrived on time with NO damage to the contents! So happy about that! Efficient delivery and pick-up of the pod, great customer service and clear information on the contract conditions and charges. Nothing was over charged! There were no surprises, they remained true to the contract and their word. Highly recommend.
