Great company, especially Dan as he has a great personality and makes you feel like you're not just a number within the company. My very short time with points west wasn't due to them, but my own choice. I would recommend any apprentices to shoot their shot and contact them because you will have a good experience. Thank you points west for the job after covid, will always appreciate it.

The builder who built this house used Points West for the in floor heating and HVAC. I have used them since moving into the house after it was built. They provide truly exceptional service with top notch reliable technicians. Most of the calls have been handled through Daniel's area and were done by Ben or Barry. Both are honest, friendly, careful, neat and do excellent work. The only time I needed them to do a call back it was promptly done, no arguments or stress. Hard to find quality trades but this company definitely ranks far above the average. Highly recommend them for any work you need done.
