My partner and I entered the market to buy a home very quickly after receiving a gift from family who wanted to see us start putting money into our own property, and with the end date on our lease for our rental quickly approaching as well, we didn’t feel we had time on our side. But somehow, right now, just 4 weeks later I'm writing this while sitting in the living room of our beautiful first home surrounded by boxes to be unpacked. We wouldn’t have been able to do this process without Rebecca! She practically held our hand and walked us through this home buying process - it truly felt too easy. Initially we were booked to go view a townhouse on our own, however, when we were introduced to Rebecca through a family friend we had her show us the place instead. After that viewing, she asked us exactly what we were looking for, and sent us an entire list of listings that fit our budget, area, size, etc. and through that, we found our new home. She was able to recommend her own mortgage broker, who has been fantastic, and ensure everything was in line to run as smoothly as possible including inspections, paperwork, any fees/transfers of funds, keys, etc. Sometimes, especially with our time restraint, this meant Zoom meetings at 11pm, or needing her help very short notice, but she would make it happen! Nothing was a surprise, a very simple process with her help! We were greeted at our new home with keys and a beautiful gift to enjoy.
