Went into this store today to upgrade my fishing rod, I was helped by Kevin, Kevin was absolutely amazing! I was using the button reels but Kevin actually took the time to show me how to use the bale reels, how to set up my rod, how to tie a knot everything! He was so knowledgeable! I’m so impressed, I’m still smiling at the fact that he actually let me cast (without a hook) on the store! Just to show me what to do! I left with a pretty sweet new rod and much more knowledge than I came in with. Thanks to Kevin they have gained a life long customer.

I did an online order knowing that inventory was difficult to get. I couldn't get the equipment that i was looking at, but Bill went out of his way to call me to let me know. He could have just sent an email, but he went above and beyond to tell me. After discussing a few things I ended up ordering a different product and I couldn't be happier.
