(February 14, 2018, 8:38 pm)EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We've used Western Dispatch several times for our deliveries and every time it's been a wonderful experience from the office staff as well as the drivers. Will definitely continue to use them for our courier needs!

(February 2, 2018, 7:56 pm)For the most part I have had no bad experiences, however this last week the delivery driver delivered my packages to another address. Thankful that I know that person who received my packages otherwise they would have been lost. I called Western Dispatch and was informed the regular driver was off sick and their was a new driver. She however didn't seem to be to interested in the issue of the packages going to a wrong address. Hopefully this doesn't happen again
