The sales and installation crew were both friendly and easy to work with. Rick was a big help in picking out the best windows for each room and explaining the list of pros and cons. Usually, we had problems with home reno companies in the past but Rick always made sure to never leave us in the dark and bring us daily updates on the project. Ended up replacing 25 windows in total, looks great!

Happy with the sales, service and installation. All our installers, Eugene and Greg were great. Super speedy but also meticulous and detail-oriented when installing our windows and patio door. Love the new design, it really makes the home feel 10 years younger!
