Legacy Heating and Cooling

We recently had AC installed by Legacy. Penny provided our quote and was friendly, informative, and made sure to take note of all my requests.

Nick was our installer, helped by his assistant Dhron. Nick was very thoughtful and thorough, and I appreciated his approach planning out the best way to install and route all the lines through our basement. He communicated with me what would make the most sense for when we finish the basement. The install was beautifully done. Tidy runs and work with attention to detail, with no mess left over either.

I have been using legacy for all of my furnace and AC needs. I purchased a mature home in south central Edmonton a few years ago, and legacy supplied and installed both furnaces for upstairs and downstairs. I also had legacy install the AC. Since I've had legacy come back and maintain the furnaces. Today I had Kyle come and do furnace maintenance on the furnace unit for upstairs. It is clean and works great. Legacy's work makes me confident that I know how to look after my furnaces and that they will last their intended life span. Thanks, Legacy.

Penny came out and quoted new furnace and AC install. She was very professional and made us comfortable. She walked through each step of the process, our options, and the cost.
Dalton and John came out to install the new furnace and AC including a 2 to 1 furnace conversion. They were on time everyday and were so professional and friendly. Dalton walked me through my new system once installation was complete and answered all my questions.

We hired Legacy Heating for a large job of having a new furnace installed, replacing 2, which meant new duct work. Also had AC installed and a vent for a new bathroom. They did an amazing job with everything. The heat upstairs was distributed evenly for the first time since we moved in 5 years ago! They explained everything well, were always on time, and left everything so clean. I would definitely recommend Dalton and John to anyone!

Loved the $99 furnace maintenance deal!! Tyler serviced both our furnaces and our garage heater last week. Found something that needed repairing. Came back promptly and ensured all was working perfectly. This guy was exceptionally thorough, polite, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. Even gave me a great education on hot water tank maintenance that I now feel confident doing. I highly recommend.

It's a year later and I had Legacy do 5 furnaces I'm responsible for. I got a great deal and the service was reliable, fast, and thorough! This summer I had the AC repaired in time for part of our heat wave; tricky as it needed a part that was hard to find. Legacy is my go-to for our HVAC needs.
