I have been trying for over a month to pick up my one order. This company refuses to call customers and instead only emails with copy and pasted info from ther web site which is not relevant to solving the problems. In addition to the time delays my ticket for pick up was stapled to another person's order and they wanted me to pay for that. They said mine isn't in yet ( where did this bill come from?) after many emails and me asking to get a phone call to skip the back and forth (nobody ever left their name on the emails) I am told my 1/3rd my order is ready for pick up. So I go to the location I asked in many emails to pick up from and of course it isn't there!
This business is terrible for importing which is too bad because the idea is good and the renovated locations make it look like they have it together.

Adding tracking from Montana to Edmonton would improve benefits. Along with proper customer service and communication.

I called and spoke with Daniel who was able to offer some assistance. Changed my review to 3 star and I only used this company for importing.

Love having a north location :D!

Great to have another location. True overnight service to the USA.
