Riverbend Estates

I lived in one of the two buildings last year, then moved in with my family, and now have decided i’m better on my own so this was the first place I tried! I was so lucky to land back in the building next door!
I don’t think i would like anywhere else as much as Riverbend Estate. Wonderful staff and have never encountered a problem with any tenant.

Just moved into Riverbend Estates and so far I’m loving it! Management is efficient and effective, the space is clean and well kept and the building is quiet. From what I’ve met of the neighbours so far, everyone is very kind and welcoming!

We just moved into this building for the second time. We lived here 2 years ago and we had the best rental experience so much so that when we were looking for a new place we came back. It's a clean place with an amazing pool.

We have stayed 3 years at this Midwest property. It’s excellent location, close to Whitemud drive. Very friendly community to live in. Management is excellent, very helpful and polite.Unit is clean and spacious. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent apartment in good community. Not to mention that their rent is reasonable compared to others.
