Complete Appliance Care

The service technician was in and out and added a part to my new stove in a jiffy. Friendly guy, arranging the appointment with Sandra was a breeze. :-)

Thank you to Jerry at Avenue Appliance for recommending Complete Appliance. My ASKO dishwasher had a problem and there are two certified ASKO repair companies in Edmonton. I had tried the first one (which I won't name -- it could have been a bad day), and got a runaround, so, I checked in with Jerry and he extolled the benefits of using Complete. The problem was pretty simple and I'd diagnosed it on YouTube, so, all I needed was the part and their receptionist knew what I was talking about and ordered it on Monday afternoon for a Thursday appointment. Darcy called AHEAD of the appointment time to see if he could come by early. He was fast, efficient and gave me some good advice, and even answered a question about my Bosch washing machine. My dishwasher is humming along right now, and I'm a happy customer.

WOW a company that cares. I mean really cares. Darcy is an exceptional appliance repairman. He is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He gave me some tips on how to use our new Bosch appliances that really work. He worked fast and efficiently. Sandra is a gem too. I will not hesitate to recommend this Canadian family run business to anyone.
