Great job. Five companies sent people to give quote. Ken is the most friendly, professional and honest one. We get a good price for Dikin 16 SEER. The service teams are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Curtis and Bob were on time, professional and provided great service. They outlined all work to be done prior to getting started and once finished went through all details. Answered all my questions and cleaned up. Awesome!
My mother said Weiss Johnson was the best furnace company she’s ever used so I called them too.
I can’t thank Weiss Johnson enough for prompt excellent service, install and for recommending we get a Daikin furnace! All our rooms finally have decent airflow! What an incredible difference! You’ve earned our 5 stars and future business!!
Weiss Johnson installed a heating system just over a year ago in our home that fails to work once it hits -35 degrees. This is still under warranty. Their technician informed us today that "there is nothing they can do" and "they can't keep coming back". This is our heat in -35 degree weather. UNACCEPTABLE.
Updated: Upgrade from one star to three, as they have now put in a temporary fix and are looking into the issue with Mitsubishi. Hoping they can provide us with a permanent fix.
Updated: They did put in a new part that is designed to take care of the issue. We won't know until it gets really cold again but fingers crossed.
Updated 2021/12 : Upgrade to 4 stars. The heat pump still fails when the temperature drops below -30, but to WJ's credit they seem to have figured out that a reboot triggers it back on and they're continuing to try to sort it out with Mitsubishi, without charging us. It seems to be a glitch with the product that has frustrated all of us.
