Moving can be such a stressful experience and there were a few bumps along the way but thanks to Sheri, Sam and Josh for being so accommodating it was made much easier.
Being a senior I feel well taken care of.
I highly recommend Tower iii. The management and staff is very friendly and supportive and it has very good maintenance system for repair and breakdowns.
Special thanks to Sam who is very accomodating and provided awesome service from the beginning. He walk through with me everything. Things I will be comfortable with what I can afford and what I would like to have to live with.

The apartments are dated and there are issues with water pressure the higher up you are. That being said, the management is great and if there are issues they do try and fix them in a somewhat timely manner. Not terrible but not phenomenal.
Before I moved in, Sam gave me a virtual tour of the property and answered all of my questions immediately and courteously. I am grateful for his assistance. It is an old condo, but it's clean and well-kept, and it's in an excellent location for a good price.
The tower is convenient for small families mainly 4 members. The building is old a little bit but has two elevators. Also, it includes underground heated parking. A big public laundry is available I the ground floor. One of the disadvantages of this tower is accessing the underground parking by using a physical key which means that you have to get off your car to open the door that would be difficult in winter.
