Mwasi at the Secord Showhome was absolutely fantastic! I was looking for a house since around February and had met with at least five other builders in the West End and no other company even came close to the level of service I got from Mwasi! In fact, pretty much everyone I dealt with at City Homes was fantastic, the building process was easy, and Mwasi was great at communicating with me with updates as well as providing me with a binder organized with all the information I could ever need!

And that's just the salesperson! I am incredibly happy with my house. It turned out fantastic and was a great price! The design appointment was amazing and the amount of interior selections and options they have is unparalleled amongst comparable builders.

As I said, I had dealt with several builders beforehand but none showed me the level of service and respect (I'm a young single male, I feel like most builders didn't really take me seriously) that City Homes did and in my opinion, City Homes also had the best product for your dollar. My lot is fantastic!
