Assist community serviese centre is very convenience in location because
is very close to our neighbourhood and easy to get there at any time .stuffs /are very good and helpfully at anytime especially Amber Khan is very good lady and helpfull just I say thans alot and thans so mach
My wife and I visited the Assist Community Services Centre for a scheduled 10 am meeting with Settlement Counselor Amber Khan on Monday 7th February 2022.
We were both amazed by her warmth and friendliness and proffessional attention to detail when helping us understand the process for renewal of our permanent resident cards which had expired whilst we were "stuck in South Africa"for the past two years due to international travel restrictions brought by the Covid -19 pandemic.
Amber also took the time to phone Alberta Health Care and Blue Cross Insurance as well as the CRA to get clarity for us on how best to update our profiles and new residential address and how to fill in our GST credit documentation
I was super impressed by Ambers genuine caring and enthusiasm to ensure that all our questions were properly answered.
We left the meeting with a very positive view of the good work being done by ASSIST Community Services Centre in the South West Area.
Kind Regards,
Dereck Wallace
This place was very helpful to my family and I when we newly landed in Canada. From providing with us with information to help is filling the necessary forms, their assistance was very palpable and helped us to settle and integrate quickly. Many thanks to Sunny Jeong who was very kind and good to my family and helped us to settle in as newcomers.
If you want to register in this school and your level is level 4, I would definitely recommend you to go to Kristine's (Paquin) class. She is from Edmonton. An experienced teacher who has also taught in other countries. She is very polite and kind and also very respectful and helpful. English is the first language of Kristine's so she speaks without an accent, which is important to me. lt was so much fun doing activities with her, studying and even doing homework. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR EFFORTS KRISTINE!!!!!! This 5 stars for you l hope you see
