Bruce came to me at a point in my life where I had lost my long term business partner. In the beginning, Bruce did a personality assessment so he could fast track our on boarding and get to know me personally better before signing any agreements or putting down a deposit. I still have this assessment as I believe it does capture my character and is a great tool that I share with my employees so they know me better.

Throughout the whole process, my company has gone through major ups and downs (especially with the COVID-19 situation). Bruce has been supporting my business with very effective tools and principals that I will continue to use from now on and Bruce has also been great for emotional support when I wanted to give up!
