Avalon Court

Pam and Christine are both fantastic, they really go out of there way to make sure to answer all of your questions and concerns. Living here for the last year has honestly been a dream, all requests have been responded to in an efficient and timely manner.

The other day someone visiting me had dropped their wallet by the front door and Pam literally called me right away and my friend was able to pick up her wallet before she left, meanwhile she’d never even noticed yet.

As in everything, everywhere there are areas of improvement but that’s just a part of Human Nature. However I would still give Avalon Court a 5/5 because it’s really the ladies who are here that give you that experience.

OMGoodness, I don't understand any poor reviews. I have been renting here since Avalon Court was new. I love my apartment, it feels like home. I have never had a problem having repairs, (almost none) addressed. The cleaning staff and maintenance manager are nothing but professional. I don't own a pet but I think it is amazing that tenants can have a furry friend live with them. Pamela and Christine are professional, confidential, kind and very accommodating. They are always available and welcoming and will go out of their way to address a concern. If you treat your apartment, the other tenants and the building in general like you would if you owned it, you would never have anything less than a five star review. *****

I am a new tenant at this place and I love the service so far.Pamella Cooper is a nice lady she helped me a lot and the best thing of all she got great communication skills and she is so kind. I hope to get a good experience but so far so good thank you Pamella you re the best

We've had a great time renting here for the past couple months. Pam and Christine are very friendly and accommodating, and they made my first time renting a breeze. Pam especially goes out of her way to help us, and that friendliness hasn't changed since we started renting.

Only slight drawback is that parking is pretty tight (ex. visitor is always full). It's a nice building though and the people here are quite friendly as well.

The building is clean, quiet and well maintained. The in house manager Christine was friendly and easy to reach when we needed her. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would recommend Avalon court to others looking to rent in the area.
