I have trained with a few personal trainers and Nicole is by far my favorite. She is incredibly knowledgeable, has a very warm personality and really knows how to push my fitness/capabilities to get the results I want. I would highly recommend Breathe fitness to anyone, and have even recruited my sister to train with me on 1 of the 2 sessions I do a week. My sister claims she really doesn’t like exercising, yet she never seems to miss her training sessions with Nicole!
