This team went over and beyond their requirements for me. I got a flat tire on my way to my Carstar appointment and one of the team members came out to help me. The work they did was perfect and in a timely manner. Thanks Carstar South

Initial set-up, appointment booking was very good. Only got disappointed when they fail to show me the parts which were replaced on my vehicle and were wondering like, if I am asking for something weird..
It's not easy to trust anyone in this days, I will greatly appreciate if you can please make a user friendly policy and not laughed at your customer.

Excellent service, I was so happy to see how they fixed my car after it had been hit on the rear end. Very accommodating!

The team at Carstar were very knowledgeable, and efficient. Not having all the parts, they still put my car together for now so that I could have it back... she'll go back when parts are in for a couple of hours to finish.
