    I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I have tried so many diets with little success. When I was on a diet, I felt denied and would start thinking about the next time I could eat. Of course, this led me to overeat.

    My dad passed away to medical complications so this got me thinking about my own health. I didn't want my own kids to go through what I had with my father. I found myself no longer overeating as I felt satiated sooner. I finally started losing weight and no longer felt denied.
