After having driven a fairly old and unreliable car for several years I became quite familiar with the team at Cooper Brothers. My experiences have been nothing but positive. Friendly people, upright and honest, and they seem keen to do enough to get you up and running again without trying to convince you to spend beyond what they would do themselves. Now that I have a more reliable vehicle I don't see them as often, but I still will go to them for the preventative maintenance or when the brakes need changing for instance. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family as a result of my good experiences there. Overall it's been really nice to have a place I can plan on taking my vehicle whenever anything comes up, after having had repeatedly been disappointed with the service recieved at some of those bigger brand mechanics I had tried prior to finding Cooper Brothers.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They got uìs what we needed for our tractor in great timing.

I was referred to Cooper brothers by Blaine, the manager at CSN Collision after I told them my experience at Toyota on the Trail. The Toyota guys told me I had "leaky struts" on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner and had to change them or else my car would be "undriveable". The quote was for about $2150. I was in shock, especially as I had just spent about $700 on new back brakes, and was trying to save for the new front brakes. Toyota had told me my brakes were at "2" and had to be changed. I called my friends at CSN Collision as they had been so good to me in the past. Blaine said, "GO TO COOPER BROTHERS". When I got to Cooper Brothers, I met Jeff, the owner. He said sure they would look at both the struts and the brakes. He quoted $850 for the struts and said he would let me know about the brakes after inspecting them. I nearly danced out of there. BUT WAIT!, it gets better. After about four hours, I get a call from Jeff, he says first of all, your brakes are at "4" and there is no reason whatsoever to change them; also your struts are not actually leaking, the oil is from a loose part (I forget what that was now) he said we replaced the part as it was worn. Come get your car. I got there, my bill was $105, yes you read that right, $105. Imagine $105 from over $2000 at Toyota! I am never going anywhere else. I did call Toyota on the Trail and tell them, and they tried to bluster through their outrageous thievery, but they've lost this customer forever.
I go to Cooper Brothers for everything now as they are so so very honest, and I feel very safe with them. As a woman who knows zip about cars, I feel very confident dealing with Jeff, Robb and the team at Cooper Brothers.

This is consistently an extraordinary place that our family has been going to for about 20 years. They have a perfect balance of recommending work that should be done with watching things that don't necessarily need to be done yet. Also, if there is work that needs doing that another place could do faster or for less money because it isn't their expertise or they don't have certain specialty equipment for it, we have been referred out for those things. Their prices are fantastic and their staff are extraordinarily nice. As a female going to this kind of business they treat me with exactly the same amount of care and respect as my husband and make me feel very comfortable coming in. I have recommended Cooper Bros to many friends and will continue to do so. They are second to none.
