Really great place! Love the people, program, and horses. The one and only Fred Duke gives you plenty of opportunities to learn, and you'll be lucky to be there.
Fred is a surly cowboy type with a heart of gold. The ranch is showing its age and with new development across the street, the ranch will soon disappear.
Amazing if you want to ride while you learn this is the place to go. Honestly though (fred) allows you to learn how to ride on your own by helping just a bit it's a perfect balance between to little help and to much. And his horses allow you to feel what wrong is and what the correct way is too so you do learn by yourself. It's been a real adventure that is most likely to continue on for a while.
