Hair Dimension

If I could leave a zero I would! Save your time and money and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The style I asked for was nothing like what I got. The stylist David, sheared me in several places, leaving so many holes and in some places cut off more than 6" of hair. Even after telling him several times that there are no layers in my hair, he proceeded to hack away at my hair without care for what he was doing. Then when I finally saw some of the damage he had done, I told him about it and his response was, 'Oh, I guess I shouldn't have cut it.' I was appalled at his lack of care for the now months of hair growth I would need in order to have someone else fix the damage! I was staggered by his over confidence in wanting to book me back in for another hair cut! I mean really, after the hack job I just received, did he actually think I'd want to come back...???!!! At the till, he boldly asked me what tip amount I would like to leave. Upon telling him I'd add it myself, he informed me the machine didn't provide that option. When I told him I'd just leave it, he said, 'No worries.', and I continued to wait to pay. I informed him I was still waiting for the machine, to which he responded that he was still waiting for an amount to add. I was shocked! He actually refused to put the payment through, until I told him an amount to add because their machine doesn't provide an option for tipping. Even though, I told him I would prefer to leave it! After this uncomfortable exchange, I finally get to pay and the tip option came up... WTF!!?? I reached out to David to confront him of the extensive damage he did, but I have not received any contact from him. I left several messages, texts and emails, all of which have been ignored. Very poor customer service! If you have a hair style that has precise, clean lines, and angles, take heed that you will not receive what you are looking for from the stylists.

This salon is a great place for everyone, very friendly staff! Service is fantastic with stylists who understand your desired cut and make recommends from there. They also have a lot of products available. Again, repeat customer for many years.

David has been my stylist for about 12 years. He knows exactly what I need and how to make my hair better every time. I always leave there feeling amazing. Monique and all the staff are so friendly. I love this place. 😍
