Our Lady of Mount Carmel

This school is amazing! We are new to school and just starting kindergarten and it’s has been a really nice experience….. Teachers, office staff and parents are all so welcoming and helpful! I would recommend this school to anyone in a heartbeat!

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Is such a great school. All the staff are wonderful and always put students first. Our Lady of Mount Carmel has multiple academy programs to offer the students. Also has a great before and after-school care program right on site!

We chose Our Lady of Mount Carmel because it’s the only English speaking Catholic program in the entire mature core of South Edmonton. Plus, our children will have the benefit of walking each other to school for 10 years. It’s a beautifully revitalized school, nearing it’s centennial in 2025, but most importantly it’s a hub of wonderful families from across the city who gather to give their kids the best education ECSD can provide. You won’t find nicer teachers anywhere. 10/10 recommend.

All three of my children attend OLMC. I love the fact that this school is K - 9 (this is one of the main reasons we chose this school in the first place). The teachers and staff are kind and caring. The school offers optional sports academies in addition to having a strong academic program. My kids love it here!

All of children have attended OLMC - we currently have 2 enrolled and are pleased with the personal attention from the teachers and feedback via zoom and personal meetings. The school has a positive atmosphere and an attention to learning with the focus on excellence. Based on emails and phone calls - the interaction with the teachers and principal are amazing.
