Randy Bayrack is an excellent realtor. He is extremely competent as both a realtor for a buyer and in selling your home. I can highly recommend Randy. He has helped me sell two homes and buy two homes. He really knows real estate and cares about you as a client. An additional benefit of using Randy to help you buy a home, is his extensive knowledge of the things that are important like how long a furnace or hot water tank has been in a home. Randy notices things that buyers don't and this can save you from making the wrong purchase.
