I started a few months ago in their 6 AM classes and I've encountered nothing but quality instructions. Sean, who is a part owner and the 6 AM instructor, handles the class with professionalism and careful instructions. He takes the time to breakdown the technical aspects of the sport while helping us to work through situations we may encounter in real-world scenarios. -

(November 15, 2018, 7:27 pm)I came to visit my brother, and was looking for a club to train with. I took my gi and visited this gym and was welcomed with open arms.
I want to thank everyone that was out last night. I had a great time and felt very welcomed. The Techniques we great and instruction was awesome.
The BJJ community has been one of the greatest new families I have join and I have been loving every minute of my time on the Mats.
Thank you again and I hope I can join you all for another class soon. -

(January 6, 2018, 7:33 pm)My daughter has been going to this gym for almost 6 years - she started when she was 3... The coach Misty is very involved in the curriculum and kept my daughter involved. I have since started myself and enjoy the family gym atmosphere. Great gym to attend for all people of all ages.
