Price and service is excellent. Owner is super nice and knowledgeable. The machine I bought Ricoh mp c305 is almost their cheapest printer available. Due to the special paper I used (Clossy, heavy clear labels), I have issues with the printer a few times. The owner always came to my house the next day and able to fix the issue on spot. No brainier to buy from the shop with 1 year warranty.

At first I was not sure because the machines are “used” but the owner of the store, Thomas, was knowledgeable, professional and delivered service that you simply could not expect from a normal copier firm. And let’s face it, the copier was almost new anyway. Great warranty as well. I would recommend him without hesitation.
