Lash Up

Got my very first lash lift and tint done and love the results. All the staff there wear a mask while providing the service making the experience very safe! Would book again!

First of all the tech I had was not friendly and didn't say a single word to me through the whole 1+ hour of doing my lift and tint. She worked way slower than most techs I had yet towards the end it seemed she was rushing, and when I asked her if she can tint my bottom lashes (which other people have always been happy and even offered to do) she quite rudely responded that she didn't have time as her next appointment was already waiting. I know from experience the bottom lashes only take a couple extra minutes and this is the first time anyone had an issue doing my lift and tint within the allotted timeframe (I'm usually even out early) but I didn't wanna be a bother so I just said thanks anyways and got up to pay. I had shown up and filled out my waiver all on time so I really don't see why I have to lose out because my appointment just happened to go a few minutes overtime. I hardly think it's fair that I have to leave unsatisfied and unfinished when I'm still paying the full price for the service
I had a couple decent past experiences here (hence the 3 stars) but given this most recent time I doubt I'll be back in case I run into the risk that a tech makes me leave not fully done again. That's a really great way to make your customers feel like they're worthless to you

I love Lashup, I have had such amazing experiences there the last 6/7 months and they’re always willing to answer all my questions. I see Jade exclusively now and I can’t say enough good things about her. My lashes are always stunning and the best they’ve ever looked since seeing her and at my appointments it’s like catching up with a friend. I would definitely recommend lash up, and especially Jade, to anyone need eyelash extensions.

I got my lashes done today by Donna at Lash Up's Edmonton studio and I love them!! Donna is fantastic. She's done my lashes before and they always look great. Each time I go in, Donna takes the time to ask me if I was happy with what we did last time, and if there is anything I'd like to do differently this time. She's very knowledgeable and has explained to me what my lashes can and can not do. She knows the limit of my lashes and does such a great job within that limit, always achieving the look I'm hoping to get. If you are looking for a place to get your lashes done, Lash Up is it! Donna is amazing!!
