(April 26, 2021, 8:30 pm)Going to Tab's classes is motivating and inspiring. I have had two knee surgeries, injuries, and trouble with excess weight. She has modified workouts, made me feel comfortable, and is so positive. I can do harder things than I could have imagined, she taught me that. She taught me what to do and how to do it safely.
