His website was awesome – he even called us at home after we’d been looking on the website for about a week, to introduce himself and find out more about us and what we were looking for. He then added suggestions of listings that had come up around Edmonton in the area we were looking at. And when it was time to look at some houses, he set up a full day for us to view about 7 homes. When it came time to make an offer, he had good suggestions and comments for us, and made us feel so calm and at ease with the entire process – from making the offer, counter-offering, acceptance of the offer, and then answering all of our many questions about the next steps involved with purchasing our forever home.
