We moved to Edmonton from BC last summer and had a long laundry list of things that needed to be repaired/fixed up around the house. I hired Home Services Edmonton and was not dissapointed. No job seems to be to big or to small for this crew and they always arrive with a smile, often willing to go the extra mile. We originally hired them to tape up our garage, do some drywall repair in our basement (which also included scraping and spraying our ceiling because of where the water damage was) as well as repair some concrete on our driveway. On the first day they showed up, I noticed another area of drywall in the basement that was damanged and they fixed it up for me, without a price increase. We hired them again to remove a poorly construcrted/unsafe patio in our backyard, and had concrete poured in it's place. Not only did they show up quickly to do the work, but the finished product was fantastic and exceeeded our expecations. We will be using Home Services Edmonton Ltd., again this year for more projects, and I have happily reccommeneded them to others we know. If you want a job well done, and a team that pays attention to details, you will not regret using this company.

This is a long-overdue review.
We used Home Services Edmonton back in June '21. We needed to extend a bedroom in the basement, built some closets, re-build an entire exterior basement wall, paint, do some electrical work, and do other tasks. Due to no fault of his own, Franz ended up having to do about 90% of the work by himself. He did a fantastic job considering all the curve balls our house was throwing at him, he kept coming up with affordable and convenient solutions to all those unexpected problems. Franz understood the vision we had for our basement and came through for us.

We we're always nervous about hiring someone to come into our home and spend extended periods of time by himself but, Franz is extremely professional and trustworthy. We were also nervous about hiring a contractor who is taking on other jobs at the same time as ours and our 3 weeks project turning into 6 weeks with a contractor nowhere to be found, this was not the case at all, Franz was fully committed to our project until completion.
Not to mention they are very affordable.

We would recommend Home Services Edmonton to anyone with no hesitation. We will definitely contact them to do future projects in our home.

I had some repairs that needed to be done around the house. I found Homes Services Edmonton Ltd online and I thought I'd give him a call. He was able to give me an estimate quickly and it was affordable. He booked me in for later that week and was able to get the work done quickly. Franz of Homes Services Edmonton Ltd from top to bottom was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done around the house quickly and efficiently. His quality of work was amazing.

Franz’s work is excellent and I highly recommend him for your home improvements. Franz painted the interior of my home, installed new baseboards, and updated my electrical outlets. He did a wonderful job. He did high quality prepping for the painting, and was very neat. He met his time commitments. Franz was very flexible and willing to meet my requests. Pricing was very fair. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work.

Franz installed a couple of huge hanging shelves in my garage. He was super responsive, fairly priced, and the work was awesome. I’m keeping him on speed dial and will be recommending him to all my other non-handy friends!

I have to be honest, I don't usually write reviews. However, I am doing so because other peoples reviews of this company helped us to choose it. Franz was awesome! He was reasonably priced, did excellent work and even cleaned up. We first hired Franz to do one job to see the quality of his work. It was remarkable; so we hired him to do a major repair in our bathroom. I would definitely recommend him.
