Sunburn Auto Appraisals

Hello Everyone. I can’t say enough about how Ed helped my wife and I deal with the insurance company. My wife was involved in. Motor vehicle accident and was T-Boned on the passenger side. We had a big SUV a Chrysler Aspen and it was written off by the insurance company. Now it was not perfect but it was not worth the just over 4500 they appraised it at. We only drive it in winter time and had 180000 kms and loaded. We fought with them and they said if we thought it was worth more we had to hire our own appraiser....they thought we wouldn’t but we did and are very happy we did. Ed took care of everything. The calls with the insurance company and the adjuster...long story short. Ed got almost double the amount they offered us in the beginning... it was a relief. We totally recommend Ed and Sunburn.

Ed is a great! He definitely knows what he's doing and provides a detailed and timely appraisal on your car. His customer service is great-- he even helped me do a mini diagnostic on my car when it was acting up! Easily he could have said "i don't know" and moved on with the appraisal, (but he didn't). Now that is above and beyond in my eyes! He also showed extra care when he took the time to explain the different endorsements that can be applied to your policy when it comes to getting classic-car insurance. These might sound like small things but in the eyes of a car-lover who's young and doesn't have too much knowledge (especially about cars that are older than him) they both are important and show extra hospitality.
