310 Dump was easy to deal with from the very beginning. I rented a garbage bin for my house as we were moving out. All of it got booked online and confirmed over the phone. It was dropped and picked up simply as well. Would def recommend for simplicity and convenience

I didn't catch the name of the two workers but they did an excellent job removing my washer and dryer from my basement. They were clean, quick and careful. I would be happy to use them again. They communicated the process and costs as well. Dispatch could be a bit better communicating arrival times as we had to call them for updates but overall positive experience.

The lady I spoke with on the phone assisted me with total confidence and empathy for our situation. Brett, Matt and John represented your company with AClass service. Won't hesitate to call again! Thank you 310-dump for the great service and work ethic.

This is the second time I have used this company.
The first time around was during a long weekend and although I booked early I wasn't able to get the 40 yard roll off general waste bin I ordered. I was disappointed but made do and got rid of the stuff we could get rid of.
The second time around I emphasised the need for the 40 yard roll off general waste bin and this time the company kept their promises.
They delivered the bin on Friday August 5 so we were able to dump stuff
we had put in the garage for efficient dumping- after work. Then we went on to empty the garden of branches and weeds. The bin luckily was big enough to accommodate the branches and garden junk which included a wheelbarrow, and other garden junk.
I recommend this company highly.
Their staff when you book are super nice. They are efficient but make sure you check the contract you sign.

I would have given them a 5 if I had got my 40 yard roll off bin the first time around but I think it's problematic to get the big bins on long weekends. This is why I recommend that you book the 40 yard bin on non-long weekend times.

The company is decent and will help you with your concerns.
The only thing I find confusing it the billing which I have to clarify with them.
1) They charge you a first bill which is for delivery of the bin which includes one ton of disposal.
2) If you go over one ton, they charge you for anything over 1 ton at a rate of $84 per tonne.
The total bill is therefore delivery and disposal.
In addition, there is a $400 charge that they put on and take off which I think is a deposit but I am not sure.

The billing area is one area where the company could be clearer.
I had to ask Stacey to explain my bill to me. She was very nice. Actually all the employees I talked to were super nice.
A well run company with good employees who are courteous and helpful.
