This is the best service we have had. Even with trees in the way we are able to get a great connection and the speed is fast. They have trouble with the tower moving when there are high winds and it causes outages but they are usually quick to correct it. The last time our service quit it took a bit longer for a fix so that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
It was good when I first got it it was perfect for gaming at 30 ping the whole time for the first week then after that it would stay at 80 ping with constant lag spikes going up to 1000-9999 ping ms every 10 mins but if your up late then it perfect for late night gaming
They were pretty bad for me at one point, but after years of crying they finally got better. still does go down at times but it's the best service provider in my rural area even beating Telus hub.
